My work unfolds through abstract structures, where geometry interacts with freer and more intuitive gestures.
My practice is based on reflection related to construction and architecture.
This relationship with architecture developed very early on, particularly through memories of holidays spent with my grandparents on the Black Sea coast. The Soviet-era bus shelters I saw along the roads left a lasting impression on me: strange, hybrid forms, sometimes monumental, often isolated, poised between functionality and poetry. They awakened in me a fascination for simple yet distinctive structures.
I create sculptural pieces in a constant search for balance. What drives me is the way volumes fit into space: the cutting of shapes, the play of light on edges, the presence of shadows.
Through this exploration, I seek to create a meeting point between architecture, geometry and abstraction, giving birth to works situated at the border of craftsmanship, design and art.
